The International Association of Consultants, Valuators and Analysts (IACVA) was founded in 2000 to provide worldwide support to professionals performing valuations or fraud deterrence engagements. IACVA is the first and only international association to provide such global support.

American Society of Valuers Certified Appraisers

The American Society of Appraisers is a multi-discipline, non-profit, international organization of professional appraisers representing all appraisal disciplines: Appraisal Review and Management, Business Valuation, Gems and Jewelry, Machinery and Technical Specialties, Personal Property and Real Property. The governing body of the ASA is the Management Committee, which has two subsidiary organizations: the Education Foundation and the Political Activities Committee. China M&A Association Certified M&A Trader

The China Mergers and Acquisitions Association (CMAA) is a non-profit and non- governmental organization approved by the State Council and the Ministry of Civil Affairs. CMAA is directly administered by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC) and the Ministry of Civil Affairs, an authority administering registration and management of social organizations. Founded in September 2004, the CMAA is headquartered in Beijing with branches in Shanghai, Fujian, Jiangsu, Shandong, Guangdong, Hong Kong, Guizhou, Zhejiang, Japan, and America and other places. CMAA provides the government and enterprises at home and abroad with a broad range of investment banking services such as strategic consultation, M&A practice, management consulting, assets appraisal, financial arrangement and, legal and finance services. Hongkong Taxation Institute of Certified Tax Aadviser

The Institute was incorporated as a company limited by guarantee on 29th September 1972 by a group of professionals with the major objectives of promoting the study of taxation, using as a venue for the exchange of taxation knowledge as well as to enhance the standard of tax professionals. Initially 34 members subscribed to the Memorandum and Articles of Association; and at present the Institute has more than 2700 members.

Mission & Purposes
1. To be an unique professional body in Hong Kong with a sole focus on the education and practice of tax.
2. To promote the study and examination of the Certified Tax Adviser "CTA" qualifying program and to accredit qualifying members.
